I’m so stoked to be writing this blog post right now. Seriously! I have not been this excited for an event in a long time. I’m talking about College Fashion Week 🙂
I will be attending College Fashion Week in Chicago this upcoming weekend, October 15th!
If you haven’t heard about College Fashion Week yet, I’m here to let you know what it’s all about (because I would love to see you there!)
First, let’s talk logistics. College Fashion Week is happening on Saturday, October 15th. The event’s website describes CFW as “showcasing top talent from the next generation of female fashion entrepreneurs and designers.” Heck yes!
Information about CFW:
College Fashion Week Chicago
Date: October 15th
Time: 6pm-9pm
Venue: 1st Ward
2033 West North Avenue
This event is going to be a ton of fun + is sponsored by some pretty cool brands. The confirmed up-and-coming fashion designers are My Social Canvas, Foray, Ali & Ariel, Frill Clothing, and Bow & Drape.
Brands that will be at College Fashion Week:
–Fitbit: Woohoo! Fitbit is an awesome brand and I can’t wait to see what they do at CFW. My mom actually has a Fitbit and uses it almost every day, so I’m already pretty familiar with their products 🙂
–Drybar: I am so intrigued by Drybar and the idea of getting blowouts. I’ve had friends go to their Chicago locations and have only had amazing things to say. Yay!
–Rebecca Minkoff: Totally obsessed with Rebecca Minkoff and I couldn’t be more excited that they are a part of CFW. Rebecca’s bags are so chic + not totally out of a college girl’s budget.
–Vince Camuto: I love Vince’s shoes. I have a pair of tan wedge clogs and have stayed loyal to them for a few fall seasons now.
–Bertha Watches: I’ve seen Bertha Watches on Instagram before and they are so beautiful!
–Perfumania: If you know me, I LOVE perfumes. Perfumania has awesome deals and discounts on different perfumes, and I could scroll around on their website for hours.
Saturday night can’t come fast enough! I’m already working on an outfit.
I really can’t wait for the opportunity to meet some of you + other Chicago fashion bloggers at the event! If you haven’t gotten tickets yet, click here to snag some. Also, let me know in the comments or on Twitter if you will be attending!
