If you’ve been following my blog or Instagram for awhile, you would know that I’ve struggled with bad, hormonal acne and breakouts for years. Literally, for as far back as I can remember, I’ve had acne-prone and blemished skin.
Luckily, I finally got my acne under control after using new skincare products, receiving chemical peels, and changing my lifestyle to include more whole foods and exercise. But…it’s not all sunshine and rainbows.
